Yogaschittavrtti nirodhah !(PYS-I-2) – It clearly says that daily practice of yoga helps to vanish all unwanted thoughts coming to our mind and helps to keep our mind focused to one direction and it results to help in curing of many stress related problems like Anxiety, depression and other psychosomatic disorders.

As we know that in modern days mainly because of sedentary lifestyle we are facing many mind related problems. To overcome from all above problems Yoga is a best tool. Because even in Bhagavad Gita also Krishna said to Arjuna that, whenever you get problems in your mind then do Yoga !

By knowing the time limit and work pressure of corporate employees we designed few corporate Yoga sessions are as follows!

Chair Yoga / Desk Yoga

Chair Yoga

It’s a simplified version of yoga can be performed at their workplace itself during their work time only ! It’s a very helpful practice for corporate employees as they can do Yoga and work together because they no need spend any extra hours for the yoga practice. In this session we mainly focus on the general problems of a corporate employees like neck pain, back pain, obesity, stress related problems and eye related problems etc.

Premise and Time: It doesn’t require any extra place to conduct this session. During their work time only in working premise only we will conduct this Session and people no need to carry any extra cloth or yoga mat with them.

Laughter Yoga

Laughter is a best medicine to control stress levels of the people. Helps to overcome many harmonal imbalance related problems. Certified Laughter Yoga instructor come to your office and conduct laughter session and brings laughter with you continuously with No Reason!

Place and Time:  This practice also we can conduct at their work place itself. But it will create lot of noise so if it disturbs other then we need to do it in separate place. Usually it requires 30 to 45min of time and doesn’t require any extra materials for this session

Traditional Yoga

 Usually traditional Yoga practice can be conducted on daily basis  for longer duration or sometimes once in a week or once in a month as an awareness session also we can conduct. The main benefits of regular practice of yoga helps to increase the flexibility of body and completely helps for a good lifestyle. It’s a good opportunity to discuss any health related problems with the Yoga teacher and get solutions for their problems using various yogic techniques. It includes Kriyas, Asanas, Pranayama, Bandha-Mudra, Meditation/Dhyana and deep relaxation.

Place and Timing: Here we need separate place for practice of yoga and needs individual Yoga mats  or large size carpet and a comfortable dress for the employees. Usually it is 1 hour session

Therapeutic Yoga

Yoga has Preventive, Curative and promotive aspects. The daily practice of yoga helps to Prevent or Cure many diseases with good lifestyle

Place and Timing: It requires separate place for the practice. It’s one hour session

Rapid Yoga

Rapid Yoga

This session is hardly takes some 15 to 20min of time and it is purely for the health of IT and BPO professionals.  Usually this kind of sessions can be used to promote products or to spread awareness

Place and Timing: Can be done in office near desk and duration of 15 to 20min.

 

Computer Ergonomics

It includes correcting postures and giving suitable yoga practices

Place and Timing: Strictly at workplace and during work time only. 30min practice.

 

Power Yoga

Vigorous practice of yoga mainly used to reduce obesity and to improve body flexibility

Place and Timing: This practice needs separate place and need individual Yoga mat with comfortable dress. Duration of 45 to 60min.

 

Shatkriyas

Shatkriyas

It’s a body cleansing techniques used whenever practitioner has extra phlegm and fat in their body.
